Ruth holds a Materials Engineering Degree from Simón Bolívar University (Venezuela). After graduation, Ruth worked in Venezuela and Trinidad & Tobago as a metallurgist conducting different metallographic/metallurgical laboratory activities, performing failure analysis, carrying out replica metallographic testing, material analysis and identification as well as non-destructive testing (NDT) for major refineries. Moreover, Ruth has complementary experience in QA/QC and inspection. At present Ruth is committed to building upon her expertise in corrosion engineering.
