Rob Brown
As a Quality Consultant, Rob has been involved in ISO 9001:2008 audits, revising and developing Engineering/Inspection Guidelines, as well as coordinating quality control/inspection on engineered equipment. Rob has conducted these services through his own consulting company called RJB Quality Elements Inc. Prior to incorporating his own company in 1996; Rob was a quality specialist with 27 years experience in the oil and gas industry. Responsibilities included vendor development/qualification, vendor performance tracking, vendor non conformance/corrective action planning, vendor excellence awards, NDT inspection & statistics, ISO 9001:2008 quality audits, author & custodian of 6 Engineering/Inspection guidelines and quality/inspection requirements for major alliances. Rob is an ISO 9001:2008 Certified Quality Auditor (CQA).
Rob has the knowledge and capability to conduct complete management of inspection services from a pipe mill audit/qualification process to shipment & delivery of tubular products. Services would include pipe mill audits, reviewing Quality Assurance Procedures (QAP), reviewing Manufacturing Inspection Plans (MIP), reviewing/setting Third Party Inspection (TPI) requirements, arranging TPI and monitoring TPI costs.
Rob has extensive knowledge in qualifying sour, low temperature service portable well testing equipment (Separators, Line Heaters, Pressure Tanks, Manifolds, High Pressure Flow Lines, BOP’s) to company and industry standards for the oil and gas industry.
Alexander Georgiev
Alexander is a Metallurgical Engineer, graduated from the University of Chemical Technology and Metallurgy (Bulgaria). After graduation Alexander worked for 6 years in Bulgaria as a Metallurgist in casting Manufacturing. Activities included: material selection, design, developing alloys, control of furnace process, and metal refining. Currently Alexander is mentored by Rob Brown as a junior Quality Consultant, involved in ISO 9000 audits, revising and developing Engineering/Inspection Guidelines, as well as coordinating quality control/inspection on engineered equipment.
