Providing materials selection and corrosion engineering support to a greenfield Upgrading facility. Preparing Equipment Integrity manuals and implementation of equipment integrity inspection database for their Operations. Providing support to their corrosion monitoring and process chemical programs.
Providing Equipment Integrity manuals for an integrated oilsands mining and Upgrading facility. Provided materials/corrosion engineering support during EDS, detailed design, and construction activities. Providing support to their corrosion monitoring and process chemical programs.
Updating a major refinery's corrosion monitoring and inspection plans and integrating into their corrosion control manuals.
Updating a major sour gas processing facility's corrosion control manuals.
Supporting ongoing integrity management operations for Canada's east coast offshore facilities including two FPSOs, a fixed leg platform and a gravity based structure. Leading RBI equipment and piping reassessments for some of these facilities.
Providing corrosion engineering support towards the development of downhole tubular products for heavy oil recovery.
Providing downhole corrosion engineering support for major SAGD projects.
